  1. Vinner Agency specializes in creating packaging designs, ads, e-commerce visuals, and Brand identity, with each project tailored to client requirements outlined in the proposal. Services not explicitly stated in the agreement may incur additional charges.
  2. All designs and creative assets remain Vinner Agency’s property until full payment is received. Ownership of finalized deliverables transfers to the client upon payment, unless stated otherwise. Vinner Agency retains the right to use completed works in portfolios unless explicitly requested not to.
  3. Project timelines depend on timely client feedback, approvals, and materials. Delays in client responses may affect delivery dates.
  4. Clients can track the progress of their project in real-time through the project dashboard, where they can monitor milestones, provide feedback, and guide the direction of the work.
  5. Revisions are not provided after delivery due to past scams where clients exploited the process to get extensive work done. However, during the project, you can use our project tracking dashboard to directly guide us in the desired direction, and we’ll revise the work accordingly. Plus, if you encounter any issues after the project is completed, we’ll review and resolve them for free in specific cases.
  6. Clients are responsible for providing necessary materials, brand guidelines, assets, reviewing deliverables promptly, and communicating project requirements clearly.
  7. A 25% deposit is required to initiate work on all projects. Once 50% of the work is completed, which you can track on the dashboard, another 25% deposit is required. At project completion, the remaining 50% payment is due. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
  8. Vinner Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Clients must proofread deliverables as Vinner Agency is not responsible for errors after approval.
  9. Designs for store UI and social media content are optimized for commonly used platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, and Instagram. Compatibility with third-party platforms depends on their specific requirements. Vinner Agency will advise but cannot guarantee compatibility beyond the agreed-upon scope
  10. Either party may terminate the agreement with 1-day written notice. If terminated within the 1-day period, the client will receive a full refund. After the 1-day period, the work completed will be deducted from the initial 25% deposit, and the remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.
  11. Vinner Agency agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding client-provided materials. The client must also keep project-specific terms and agency methodologies confidential.
  12. Vinner Agency is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including technical failures, platform policy changes, or unforeseen issues.
  13. Any disputes arising will be resolved amicably through mutual discussions.
